18 St. Sebastian St. has been a prestigious address since its inception. This is because the first owner of the tenement was a wealthy Jewish merchant – Salomon Lubasch. The design of the building, however, was entrusted to well-known and respected architects in Cracow, who took care of every detail of the project. Perhaps it is because of this that the tenement has survived to this day in excellent condition.
MB Development’s objective is clear – the building at 18 Św. Sebastiana Street will undergo a comprehensive revitalisation. All the historical elements from the period of its construction will be preserved, restored and properly displayed.
