    18 St. Sebastian St. has been a prestigious address since its inception. This is because the first owner of the tenement was a wealthy Jewish merchant – Salomon Lubasch. The design of the building, however, was entrusted to well-known and respected architects in Cracow, who took care of every detail of the project. Perhaps it is because of this that the tenement has survived to this day in excellent condition.

    Buying an exceptional flat in 3 steps

    Step 1 – Reservation agreement or preliminary agreement
    The first step is to draw up a reservation agreement in writing, either in the sales office or remotely. The purpose of the contract is to temporarily exclude the flat from sale.
    Step 2 – Development contract
    The next step is related to the signing of the development agreement. This agreement is signed in the form of a notarial deed and is bilaterally binding, as both parties undertake to perform certain services. The developer to establish or transfer a certain entitlement to the buyer upon completion of the development project, and the buyer to pay.
    Step 3 – Deed establishing ownership
    The final element is the drawing up of the contract transferring ownership of the flat. The drawing up of the document is preceded by the technical acceptance of the flat, as provided for in the development agreement.
